Worst roofing contractor in the northern part of Luxembourg, probably the whole country. It has been over 3 years now that I commissioned Mr Patrick Nagel to execute all roofing tasks on our new house. The works consisted of a main roof covered with slate slabs and 2 flat roofs that were supposed to be covered in Alwitra. The initial quote was shy of 30.000€. In those 3 years I had to call Mr Nagel back numerous times because of the mistakes that were made by some of his staff. We had problems with the slate slabs on the roof as wel as on both flat roofs. The big flat roof of around 70 square meters has been flooded since day one and because of that my garage is now mold infested. Mr Patrick Nagel never took responsability of the errors that were made by his workers nor did he have the courage to come see the problems for himself, instead he always sent one of his workers to take the blame. The first time you'll meet him he will probably turn up in one of his American muscle cars on the job site to quote the job, but once there is a problem he wil rather hide behind his secretary than take his responsibility . For anyone even remotely considering to hire this company for any type of roofing work be aware what you are getting yourself into. I have a lot of evidence of the poor craftsmanship they delivered and the mess I have been left with by this company.
